Place before baking

  • pumpkin sage cream
  • mozzarella
  • pecorino
  • coppa salami
  • ghost peppers

Place after baking

  • pecorino
  • spicy chili oil

Preparation

Spread pumpkin sage cream on the base, add mozzarella, pecorino, and then cover the whole base with coppa (capocollo) salami because the salami will shrink during baking. Add one ghost pepper and then bake. Once out of the oven, top again with a bit of pecorino and spicy chili oil.
