  • mozzarella

Place after baking

  • prosciutto cotto
  • basil
  • olive oil

Preparation

Spread the pesto genovese on the pizza base and sprinkle with grated pecorino. Add the mozzarella and bake. Once out of the oven, top with prosciutto crudo, basil leaves, and a drizzle of olive oil.
